I have been attending Dr. Fleming's clinic for about two years. I cannot fault my treatment. I have always felt at ease and unhurried and Dr. Fleming has always listened carefully to all my concerns. The advice and treatment offered has been helpful in addressing my distressing symptoms. I am fairly intolerant to drugs and Dr. Fleming has been very patient and diligent in finding a treatment that I am able to tolerate. I highly recommend the clinic, the care and support offered by the staff is outstanding.

She was very professional, polite and exposed several options, she explained clearly the treatment. I don't feel my issues have been addressed and the reasons haven't been made clear to me. I felt rushed on my last visit, there are four ways of administration of the treatment and I felt a bit pressured into the only one I was not keen on and I reasoned why. On the last visit she insisted again. I know it is the cheapest without having to issue prescriptions and works for some long term but doesn't make me feel comfortable having other less invasive options. I'm considering seeing someone else if I can as, so far, my symptoms are worsening. The nurses are fantastic and very attentive and I must point out Dr. Fleming is a lovely lady.

The level of care I received from Dr Fleming was exceptional. I was extremely anxious during my appointment and during the procedure being undertaken, and Dr Fleming listened to my concerns, offered reassurance and responded to my questions in a specific way. I felt completely confident in her hands and am very, very grateful of the professional and friendly, empathetic care provided. Thank you!
